Flek Running has built a tight-knit community around easy kilometres and good company, whether it's the signature Sunday Church run at Okruszki every Sunday at 9:00 AM or the midweek Easyyy 3-5 km runs on Wednesdays at 18:30 from Vandal Cafe. Every outing ends with conversation and a well-earned coffee.
