Munk Store Runners began in 2019 when Lars and colleagues at a Holstebro running shop decided to formalize their casual running habit into something bigger. What started as a few employees lacing up together has grown into a community of around sixty active runners united by a single philosophy: running should be accessible to everyone. There are no fees, no minimum pace, no barriers to entry. Three times a week, the crew gathers to move through their city together, building friendships along city streets and forest paths. Monday and Wednesday evenings at 17:35 and Saturday mornings at 8:00, they start from Munk Store itself, covering five to nine kilometres on weekdays and pushing out to twenty on Saturdays.

RUNAAR was founded by Jacob in February 2014 with a single mission: make group running genuinely open to everyone. No pace requirements, no experience needed, just people moving through Aarhus together. What started as an inclusive vision has grown into a thriving crew that splits runs by pace and distance, ensuring no runner gets left behind while everyone finds their real challenge. The community draws a wide mix, from first-time joggers to seasoned regulars, all bound by an easy atmosphere and consistent welcome. RUNAAR takes on Aarhus' full terrain, from city centre streets to the forested trails of Marselisborg, uncovering a different side of the city with each run.

SPÆN started in Aarhus, Denmark, with a straightforward mission: make running accessible to everyone. Founded on the belief that pace should never be a barrier, SPÆN welcomes runners of every background and fitness level, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. The crew organizes runs through Aarhus streets and open spaces where groups split by pace, ensuring every runner trains alongside people who challenge them at just the right level. Then, regardless of starting speed, all groups come back together as one crew at the finish. SPÆN proves that running belongs to everyone willing to show up.
