Move & Meet launched in Berlin in June 2025 from a simple, honest place: the feeling that you might be too slow to join. Nicole founded the crew as a refuge for runners who'd been waiting on the sidelines. Move & Meet brings together slow runners, strong runners, lifters, and people who just want to laugh, all united by one belief: movement and community belong together. No performance masks, no pace pressure, just real connection. Every Sunday at 14:00, the crew gathers at UNSER CAFÉ for an easy-paced run through Berlin's streets. Berlin's most welcoming running crew, open to everyone, free to join, no strings attached.

In 2013, six Berlin runners lost their Nike sponsorship and faced a choice: quit or build something their own way. They chose the latter. Run Pack Berlin started as a small crew of friends who believed that runners, not targets, should drive the run. Today, the crew sits at around 70 members from across a dozen countries, held together by a simple principle: goals matter, but so do beers and friendships afterward. They're selective about who joins, not out of elitism but to protect the family feel. Tuesday nights at 7:30 PM are sacred, when four pace groups splinter out across 10K routes through the city. Summer brings Thursday track sessions. Berlin's streets aren't just their running ground; they're woven into the crew's identity.
