Tri-Hart is a multi-sport team helping individuals obtain a more focused and fun approach to their training. Tri-Hart is located in Hamilton, Ontario serving athletes from around Southern Ontario and throughout North America. Tri-Hart provides athletes with coaching, individual training programs and opportunities for members to train together. Thus helping each athlete meet their individual fitness goals whether that is fitness for life or winning their age group at Ironman.
