Set against the picturesque backdrop of the City of Detroit, this annual run features a range of distances to accommodate all levels of runners and walkers. Participants enjoy a scenic route with stunning views of the Detroit skyline and the Detroit River, while festive decorations and a lively atmosphere add to the celebration. The event often includes post-race festivities such as music, food, and opportunities for socializing, making it a memorable way to welcome the new year.

TIM HORTON'S NIGHT RUN 2026

We are excited to announce Tim Horton's Night Run 2026 which will take place Saturday, August 15th at Bert Weeks Gardens. Thank you Windsor-Essex for your continued participation and support!

Participants have their choice of a 5km Run/Walk, Kid's 1km and Kid's 200m Dash.

The 5km Run/Walk will be chip timed by Windsor Timing!

Register before August 1st to guarantee your t-shirt size

What you get with your registration:

RUN WITH HER IS BACK AND BIGGER THAN EVER!!!

Join us this fall for a morning of movement, community, and impact as we come together to support the Welcome Centre Shelter.

Our annual 5K Run and Walk returns on September 27, 2026, starting at 9:15 am at McHugh Park. Additional parking will be available at the WFCU Centre.

This event welcomes all fitness levels. Walkers, joggers, and runners are encouraged to participate. The event will take place rain or shine, and first-time participants are always welcome and encouraged.

The course follows scenic park pathways and includes an aid station to keep participants hydrated. Every registration includes a Dri-Fit race shirt, and all finishers will receive an official Run With Her medal.

In addition to the 5K, families can enjoy a Kid’s Run and on-site activities throughout the morning. Community partners will be joining us, along with music, prizes, and fun activities for kids. It is a great opportunity to connect with others who are passionate about supporting the community.
