Born from a shared love of city life and movement, the crew has grown into a welcoming community of runners from all walks of Moscow. There's no pressure here, no hierarchy, just honest miles and genuine connection. Four times a week, whether on Tuesday and Thursday evenings or Saturday and Sunday afternoons, the Moskva River is waiting. The philosophy is straightforward: run for the city, run for each other, run for the simple pleasure of an active life. What matters most is that you show up.
