Join us for the Harvest Hustle on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Strom’s Farm and Bakery in Guelph, Ontario!
Registration Fees:
5K Fun Trail Run/Walk: Starting at 8:00 am, participants navigate through the cedar spiral, parts of the corn maze, and dirt paths around the fields. All 5K participants will receive an ice cream treat from Unicorn Scoops, and a Strom’s butter tart.
• $50 + fees per person before September 1 - T-shirt included!
• $55 + fees per person from September 2 – 26 - T-shirt included!
Add-On: Enjoy Strom’s Activity Area for the online admission fee $20.45 for the rest of the day. Click the "Get Your Strom's Ticket" link on the right (available starting Sept 1).
Additional Information:
• Age Limits: Participation of those under 18 is at the discretion of their parent or guardian.

The Big Little Run is a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon race on Sunday, September 27th, 2026 through the beautiful Guelph Lake Conservation Area in support of Guelph youth. All proceeds from participant registration and fundraising will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph’s life-changing mentoring programs.
5K COURSE:
Available as a run or walk, the 5K course takes you over paved, gravel and some grassy roads around the Conservation Area. You will have beautiful views of the lake, beaches, camping grounds and surrounding forests. This route has a few small hilly sections and can be completed by runners/walkers of any skill level. This is the perfect course for any new runners, families with young children or anyone just looking to get outside and get some exercise! View 5K map HERE.
10K COURSE:
The 10K course has a combination of gravel and paved roads that run through the Conservation Area and out to the Guelph Lake Dam. This route has some hilly sections that will challenge your skills and reward you with stunning views of the lake, beaches, dam and surrounding landscapes. HALF MARATHON COURSE:
The Half Marathon course has a combination of gravel and paved roads that run through the Conservation Area and onto surrounding roads. It will take you around the perimeter of the lake, providing fabulous views of the lake, dam, and surrounding farmlands. WHAT WE DO:
Track Workouts involve running short intervals (from 200 to 1000 metres), at faster than 5K race pace, with recovery periods in between. There will be a Victors coach present to explain the workout and answer any training or pacing questions.
Tuesday Tempo Runs are 8-10 kilometre group runs and are meant to be run at around a half marathon or full marathon race pace. Please note: lights and vests are required (see The Running Works store).
Sunday Long Runs are held in conjunction with The Running Works store. For workout information see our website.

The Guelph Victors welcomes all ADULT runners (minimum age: 18).

NEWCOMERS:
You're welcome to try us out for a week or two before paying the membership fee. We want you to be sure you're comfortable with our programs before committing! Please introduce yourself when you first attend the track. Ask for coach Colin or one of the club leaders (Karl, Lorraine, Lee, Brian, George, Chelsea, Stephen, Laura, Brandon).
