  Join us at the beautiful Fort De Soto Park for a flat, fast course set against Florida’s coastal scenery, with three race options to choose from:

  Sprint Triathlon

  • 400-yard point-to-point swim

  • 9.5-mile bike on a flat, traffic-free course

  • 3.1-mile run through coastal park views

  Sprint Duathlon

  • 1-mile run

  • 9.5-mile bike

  • 3.1-mile run

  We're growing thoughtfully! To celebrate every swimmer, we're adding a 10K challenge for the ultra-distance seekers ( 2 5 k loops)

  Our staged start ensures a perfect day for all:

  10K → 5K → 1.2 Mile → 1/2 Mile

  I love creating these small, meaningful events where we push limits and share the open water spirit together. To keep that special atmosphere, participation will be capped at 150-200 swimmers.
