Rooted in Kajsa’s desire to recapture the camaraderie of team sports, the group prioritizes enjoyment and connection over speed or competition. Their weekly medium-distance runs invite women of all paces to share movement, conversation, and local Malmö scenery—from urban neighborhoods to waterfront paths. Each run starts and ends at the same spot, making it accessible and stress-free, and often concludes with casual socializing at nearby cafes or bars.
