    The first event of the Subaru Triathlon Series and one of the first outdoor Triathlons in Ontario to kick off the season! The event is based out of Kelso Conservation Area, with the swim and run routes all within the park and the bike on local roads. Please note that due to road construction and changes in the area, that there will be some changes to the bike and run courses. The sprint courses will be: 750m Swim, 29km Bike and 5km Run.

    • 🥾 5km Hike or Mountain Bike Trail Explore the natural beauty of Kelso’s landscape on foot or by mountain bike with our 5km route through forested trails.

    • 🚴‍♂️ Cycling Routes – 25km, 50km, or 100km Hit the road with one of our scenic cycling routes designed for riders of all levels. Whether you’re in it for a leisurely ride or a long-distance challenge, your journey makes a difference.

    • 🚶‍♀️ Accessible Family Walk Enjoy a relaxed, inclusive walk along Kelso’s beautiful boardwalk - perfect for families and participants of all ages and abilities.

    After your adventure, join us for a finish line celebration, where all participants will come together to mark their accomplishments and the meaningful impact they’ve made.

    This event features a 10K and 20K Individual Swimrun where participants will alternate between swimming in the Area 8 Quarry and running along the beautiful and challenging trails of Kelso Park.
