Welcome to Alpine Trail Race Series Season 3 (ATRS 3.0)
Race Course:
Join us and enjoy one of the most beautiful off-road trails in Cincinnati. French Park offers large meadow areas nestled inside the wooded perimeter, several trails, and a creek known for fossils, which wind through the park and will be part of the race course. If you're looking for elevation gain, French Park has you covered. French Park boasts the most elevation gain with 331 ft of total ascent. The park's runner-up is French Park Short Loop, which will get you 154 ft of elevation gain.

Race Information:
The race starts at 8:00 AM.
BIB pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start.
All runners must register on RunSignup.
Themed Races - All of our 5K runs and 10K runs have a fun theme.
Trail Running Series Awards - All runners will receive series points towards yearly series awards. Plus TRAVEL opportunity for the series winners, male and female. DETAILS CLICK HERE!
For Everyone - Runners and walkers are welcome.
Finisher Medal - All finishers will receive one of our fun-themed finisher medals.
Costume - It is not required to wear a costume, but it is encouraged.
Best Costume Award - We give out the best costume awards at every live race.
Small Race - Get to know other runners and walkers in your area.
Transfer - If you miss the race, you can transfer to another one of our races.
Monthly Races - Most races are held every month in Cincinnati.
Discount - To Promote Trail running among youths, we Offer 15% discount for anyone who is under 20.

Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.
No dogs on the course.
Walkers are always welcome.
ATRS Rules Regulations
The ATR Live Race Series runs yearly from March 1 to October 31. All participants are automatically enrolled in the series once they complete an ATR qualifying race. Qualifying races are any race events hosted by ATR and say they are part of the series. Points will be awarded in each age category, male and female, for each qualifying race. Only the top 3 participants with the most points for each age category, male and female, at the end of the series, will receive a series award. Points are awarded based on the table below. There will not be any ties. All times are based on gun times. Awards will be mailed out on December 1st.

Join us for this 12th annual event! The Frogman Race is comprised of: 5 Mile Kayak, 8 Mile Bike, and a 5K Run.
All participants MUST pick up their race packets prior to the race on Saturday or Sunday. You can have a teammate or friend pickup your packet for you. Packets will not be mailed.

Wave Assignments
When you register, you can select your wave assignment. If you enter yourself and your partner waits too long you may get bumped to another wave. To ensure you are in the same wave, enter at the same time.
You may compete as a two person team (use a tandem kayak) or individually (use a single kayak).
Please note: The minimum age for competing on a team is 10 years old and as an individual is 16 years old.

The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a staggered start. The first bus of kayakers will leave at 7:45 am sharp.
Race will begin and end with all transitions at Loveland Canoe & Kayak (Karl Brown Way). All participants will be bused to start line. Singles in kayaks will start the event, followed by team tandem kayak divisions.
Race Divisions:
Team (16+), Parent/Child Team (10+), Male (16+), Female (16+)
Event t-shirts will be available for purchase for $25 each until August 1.
Kayaks, life jackets, and paddles will be provided. Participants are to provide their own bicycle. Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water. Bike helmets must be worn at all times while on your bike. No headphones are allowed during any portion of the race. Failure to comply with the safety rules will subject contestants to disqualification.
A photo ID is required and waiver must be signed and submitted in order to receive your race packet and bib/timing chip. This is a rain or shine event and there are NO refunds. In the event of severe weather the start may be delayed and the course may be altered for safety reasons.
Please respect your fellow participants. There will be all types of skill levels competing so please stay aware of your surroundings at all times.

RAPTOR Inc. has been a leader in bird of prey conservation in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky since 1978. RAPTOR Inc.’s conservation activities include rescue and rehabilitation of ill and injured birds of prey, conducting field research at the Raptor Center and at local nesting sites, collaborating with other like-minded conservation organizations, and educating the public about the value of these birds to the environment. Your participation in this event helps RAPTOR Inc. purchase essential items such as food, medications, medical supplies, and maintenance equipment necessary to fulfill our mission to conserve our magnificent local birds of prey.
The RAPTOR 5K medals and t-shirts will feature the image of a red-tailed hawk.
Check-In and Registration: 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Race Start: at 9:00am, Rain or Shine - If the weather is so poor that we need to cancel the run, we will distribute the goodie bags and conduct the raffle under the park shelter.
Registrations for adults and youth received by August 28 will include a t-shirt and collectible medal. Registrants after August 28 will receive a t-shirt and collectible medal while supplies last.
Course: The 5K route will wind through the flat paved trails at beautiful Miami Meadows Park in Milford, OH.
Awards: The top 3 male and top 3 female runners will receive awards. The race is being professionally timed and complete race results will be available at TimingSpot.com.
Sleep In/Virtual Option: If you would prefer to sleep in on race day or run the race virtually, your registration fee will still support RAPTOR Inc.'s mission. Your t-shirt and collectible medal will be available for pick up at the Raptor Center or we can arrange shipment of your items. A shipping fee of $10 will apply. Please indicate in the "Notes" section of your virtual registration if you would like us to ship your items. If so, please add the $10 to your race registration in the "Donation Amount" column.
Family-Friendly Celebration Party to Follow Race: Friends, Family, and Community are welcome! We will have available snacks, drinks, fun, visits from several of RAPTOR Inc.'s Avian Ambassadors, and raffle prizes. Raffle items include beautiful Whistle Stop Clay pottery, a Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the Raptor Center, a framed 19 in. x 22 in., signed print of John Ruthven's "Great Horned Owls" (#1123/1500). (The winner of the framed Ruthven print will be selected on September 30, 2025.) Winners do not need to be present.

The 20th Annual Teal Power 5K Run & Charity Walk
Saturday, September 19, 2026
The Teal Power 5K Run and 3K Walk is a fun event for Ovarian Cancer Awareness hosted by the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Greater Cincinnati honoring those touched by this disease. The event is open to men, women, and children of all ages, and of all experience levels. Some participants run or walk in honor or memory of someone, some are survivors, and some just enjoy getting out and supporting an awesome cause!
COURSE: Our event is at Summit Park, Blue Ash, OH. GPS coordinates: 39.250255, -84.386898 . Courses Start and Finish near the main stage and wind through Summit Park. See the course maps under the RACE INFO menu. Most of the course is paved, but there is one section that is a dirt trail.
SURVIVORS: If you are a survivor (any woman who has been diagnosed with ovarian or gynecological cancer), join us as our honorary guest. Your registration will be free. You must register to get a special T-shirt and gift. Gather for a special Survivor picture at 9:15am at the balloon arch and sign up for the free Survivor Raffle at the OCAGC booth!
HONOR SIGNS: Honor a loved one that has battled or is currently battling Ovarian Cancer. For a $35.00 donation we will place a sign recognizing the recipient along the course to encourage all the walkers and runners as we fight this disease together. Honor signs can be added to individual registrations or purchased through the STORE.
ACTIVITIES: Booths will open from 8:30am – 10:00am. We will have booths with ovarian cancer support information and vendors. There will also be raffles, an appearance by Rosie Red, music by Seton High School Vocal Ensemble, a Power Pets booth and other activities. Cash and credit card are accepted where needed.
RESERVE A VENDOR BOOTH: Share your information or products with our participants by having a booth at the event. In 2024, we had approximately 1,500 people at the park during our event. Vendors will have a festival type booth with boards on 3 sides, canopy roof, one table, and chairs. Reserve your booth at the RESERVE A VENDOR BOOTH Menu Tab.
POWER PARTNERS: The Teal Power Race and Walk recognizes and rewards participants who reach special fundraising milestones. These individuals are leading the way in the fight against ovarian cancer – and you can too!
- POWER PARTNER REWARDS: The Team Captain with the largest number of team members as of September 13, 2025 will receive a $100 Gift Card. The Team Captain of any team with funds raised of $300 or more as of September 13, 2025 will be entered into the Power Partners Raffle for a $100 Gift Card. Rewards will be handed out on Race Day.
TEAM PHOTOS: Dress in your favorite teal outfit, tutu, necklace, hat, etc.! Make a team sign! Bring your team spirit to the photo area by the balloon arch from 8:30am –10:00am.
TEAL POWER: Teal, the color of ovarian cancer, is admired but not required. By wearing teal you are showing your support for all the women and families that have been affected by ovarian cancer.
T-SHIRT PICKUP: Paid participants will receive a complimentary T-Shirt while supplies last. Pick up your t-shirt before the event at the Cancer Support Community, 4918 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242 on Thursday, September 18 or Friday, September 19 from 11:00am until 6:00pm. Or pick up the morning of the event at the registration booth (while supplies last).
5K RUN DIVISONS: 15 and under, 16-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65 and over.
- 5K RUN AWARDS: Trophy to first overall Male and Female. $15 Fleet Feet Gift Card to each Age-division winner. Medals to each age-division top three males and females.
PARKING: Free parking is available at Summit Park. Follow signs and Parking Attendant directions upon arrival.
ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY: You can sign up online through September 19, 2026, 10:00am. The fees are $35 for run/walk, $15 for children 12 and under, and free for survivors. No need to sign up kids under 6 unless they want a shirt. We strongly encourage participants to register online prior to attending the event; however, you can also register the day of the race at the registration booth.
VIRTUAL EVENT: We will have both a "Live" event as well as a "Virtual" option. If you prefer not to join us in person, we invite you to join us Virtually and safely Run or Walk at any location you choose between 9/13 and 9/20. You can upload your times directly to our results page. If you wish to change from Virtual to Live or vice versa, we can make that change for you.
POP UP TENTS: Summit Park does not allow pop-up tents. If you do bring a pop-up tent, it must have a 20 lb weight on each leg. If you bring a pop-up tent without weights, you will be asked to take your tent down
