MadOne Crew
MadOne Crew took root in Hong Kong in April 2014 when founder Simon believed that runners pursuing their goals could accomplish far more together than apart. What started as a simple conviction has grown into a tight-knit community of around 30 runners, all paces welcome. The crew's name captures their spirit: mad for relentless drive, one for doing it together. They train hard twice weekly at signature sessions, Mondays at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground for intervals and Fridays at Causeway Bay for long runs, both starting at 8:30 pm when the city cools. In Hong Kong's vibrant running scene, MadOne Crew has built friendships that extend far beyond the track, proving that in a mad world, only the mad are sane.
