Founded with a focus on recovery, resilience, and running smarter, the crew emphasizes sustainable training and injury prevention. With around 40 members across all paces and experience levels, REHAB CREW creates space for runners who prioritize consistency over speed. Every Wednesday at 17:30, members gather at Lop Buri Stadium for easy-paced runs in the golden afternoon heat, where no one finishes alone. This is running rooted in knowledge-sharing and community care, one steady stride at a time.
