    NymphenRuns

Two Munich students spotted a gap in their southwest neighborhood in early 2024: young people wanted community, but lacked the casual gathering space running creates. Lena and her roommate chose Nymphenburg Palace, where baroque fountains and tree-lined paths became home base for what is now around 600 runners. NymphenRuns grew on a simple philosophy: no membership barriers, no pace hierarchies, just consistent Saturday mornings at 10am beneath centuries-old trees. Ramon joined as community leader, bringing structure to what Lena describes as their "familiar, relaxed atmosphere." Summer post-runs end at Patagon Helados for gelato in the palace courtyard; winter shifts to coffee shops. The crew proves that the best communities grow organically around beautiful, consistent gatherings without pretension.
