Rad Racing Company proudly presents... the 2nd Annual Memorial Day Hero Salute!!
Every Memoridal Day we meet at the Town Center Park in Kingwood to honor those who gave it all for our freedoms by completing/competing in one of two Hero Races: MURPH / LOREDO, or a Half-Marathon / 5K/10k ... 10 and Under fun: Kids Mini-Salute (short mini hero race).
POST-RACE will end with a Kids and Winners Tug-of-War Competition!!

So, before you fire-up those grills and put on your swim suit, lace-up your kicks and come along side us to raise funds for our awesome Heros/Families and push yourself to a new level of courage.

MURPH (timed: x1 round) - 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air-squats, 1-mile run
LOREDO (timed: x6 rounds) - 24 air-squats, 24 push-ups, 24 lunges, .25-mile run
KIDS SALUTE (timed: x1 round) - .25-mile run, 12 air-squats, 12 push-ups, 12 sit-ups, .25-mile run

Volunteer then Run" is our highly discounted registration to help with Race Day and Pre-Race Day Packet-Pick-Up. After Packet Pick-Up is over, you can run and then after help with Award Distribution, Finishline photos and Finisher Tent needs. This option is only available to Loredo and 5k participants. Simply show up an hour and a half before race start to help and about 15 minutes before race starts, you can join everyone at the starting line for pre-race warmup. Then after you run the race and recover you help us hand out awards, refreshments and any post-race needs!!
Supporting/not running, but want to serve your running community and still get the swag? No problem, just click on volunteer on the above menu and choose from the available positions still available. These positions are filled on a first come first serve basis.
