Within months, the crew grew to around 500 members, a remarkable number for a mid-sized Franconian city built almost entirely on word of mouth. The founding philosophy has stayed consistent even as the numbers climbed. Runs are announced via Instagram, you show up, you run. The format strips away friction, and the atmosphere rewards it. Easy and moderate paces, social first. The Sunday Sundowner runs year-round at 17:00, its late-afternoon slot a deliberate signal that sessions are meant to be enjoyed, not suffered.
