UrY started in Bognor Regis in September 2024, born from one man's search for purpose. Founder Jack Parham built it as a space where running becomes a path to something bigger. The crew asks one simple question: what is your why? Community, connection, and trust are the foundations every run is built on. UrY is open to everyone, no matter your pace or background. Every Saturday morning at West Park, the crew gathers for Social Saturdays, a relaxed run where conversation matters just as much as the miles. Here, runners talk together and help each other figure out what they are really chasing.
