Fast Breakfast Club emerged in Barcelona in 2018 as a response to a simple truth: busy lives don't have to mean skipped runs. Founded by runners who simply set their alarms earlier, the crew has grown to around 20 dedicated athletes who meet before the city wakes. Their philosophy is direct, run hard, shower fast, eat fast, get to work. No excuses. Discipline here doubles as joy. The crew's signature runs happen Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am along the Carretera de les Aigües, Barcelona's most iconic running path. What binds them isn't just the kilometres logged before dawn, it's a culture of quiet commitment that's become quietly addictive.
