Come experience a race like no other! Wind your way across our 340 acre farm while over 180+ draft horses shake the ground beneath them as they gallop alongside you! Our course features beautiful
wooden forest trails that meander onto wide open grass pathways that lead you to incredible views of the entire farm. Race for time or stop to take a selfie with many of the draft horses eager to say hi!
The excitement doesn't end at the finish line! Stick around and grab some grub at one of the delicious food trucks on site and enjoy mounted archery and other riding demonstrations!
MUST register by midnight on May 5th in order to guarantee a race t-shirt with your packet! Registrations made after midnight on May 5th will not be guaranteed a race shirt.

Please aim to arrive early to get the best parking spot and grab your packet. Race and riding demonstrations will be held rain or shine.
We are commonly asked whether dogs and/or strollers are acceptable and while we are all huge animal lovers, we ask that you leave the fur-kids at home in order to keep them and our horses safe. Strollers are welcome, however, our course does have steep hills and valleys so please bear this in mind.

Welcome to the 22nd Annual Matzohball 5k! We continue to offer both the 5k event and the 1-mile fun run/walk. This year's run will be held at the beautiful Howard County Western Regional Park.

Westminster may be known for its quiet country roads, but this is a full-blown arena tour on asphalt. As you wind through the course, every mile is its own setlist, blaring iconic riffs and anthems from decades of classic rock legends. We’ve got bands, DJs, and surprise jam sessions stationed along the route — because nothing powers a runner like a power chord.
Cross the finish and earn your rock-star-worthy medal, your backstage pass to bragging rights, and maybe even your very own “encore” as the crowd cheers you in. Costumes, band tees, and plenty of air guitar moves are highly encouraged. Herald the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere by running the 8th annual Frederick Summer Solstice 8k (Frederick County's Original Twilight Race), presented by the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club. Run the race and then stick around as the sun sets for our legendary celebration party with craft beer and live music!

Join the Montgomery Village Foundation's 5K Race & 1-Mile Fun Run for a fun or a competitive experience!
This year the race will be held on Sunday, June 28th at Lake Marion Community Center, 8821
East Village Avenue, Montgomery Village and will feature professional chip timing provided by the Montgomery Road Runners Club (for the 5K only) as well as a free race shirt for the first 150 registrants!
Advanced registration is encouraged, but online registration will remain open through the start of the race. Late registration is online only through 7:30 AM from your computer or smartphone. Prices go up on race day, so register early & save!
