San Clemente Ocean Festival is a volunteer organization, dedicated to the promotion and support of ocean safety, the environment and the community by providing a quality athletic venue and enjoyable family event. The San Clemente Ocean Festival utilizes a a "One Fee - All Events Entry". Participants pay one fee and are entitled to enter any of the events listed for that entry. Entry includes commemorative SCOF tee, SCOF swim cap and competitors kit.

The 97th Annual Oceanside Pier Swim is set to take place on September 7, 2026, continuing a cherished tradition that began in 1929. Swimmers of all ages are invited to participate in this one-mile swim around the iconic Oceanside Pier, the longest wooden pier on the West Coast.
Hosted by local organization, Oceanside Masters Swim Club, the club hopes to grow Oceanside Aquatics and community from youth to adulthood. Proceeds from the swim will benefit youth swim programs, high school swim teams, adult swim teams and our local first responders.
