- The Genesis MultiSport Program – is a training and competitive program for everyone. Multisports includes but is not limited to the following. Aquathlon (swim/run), Duathlon (Bike/run) Triathlon (swim/Bike/run). Its also a great way to cross train for such activities as running, cycling and swimming as individual sports. Junior Program is targeted at children aged 7-13 years of age and is focused on skill/speed development and aerobic conditioning in multiple disciplines to ensure they have a great foundation in their athletic development. Senior Program is targeted at anyone aged from 14 and above and is focused on ensuring skill levels are advanced and to build on their foundation and extending athletic development across Speed / Strength and Endurance.
