Race Day Schedule:

• 7:00am - 7:45am: Race Day Registration

• 8:00am: 5K Family Run, Walk, Roll

• 9:15 am: Free Kids Fun Run

Pre-Race Day Packet Pick-up: First National Bank, River Falls location on Friday, April 17, 2026 from 11am - 5pm

Virtual Option:

April 18th - April 26th

Entry Fee:

• $28 received by March 31, 2026, $35 April 1, 2026 and after

• Kids 12 and under may participate for FREE - If you would like to purchase a shirt for minors, information is below

Do you want a t-shirt:

• Registration fee does not include a shirt.

• Be sure to add a shirt to your race registration or visit the Store for shirt options.

• Shirts will not be available to purchase at the time of registration for those who register after March 31.

• Shirts can be picked up during Pre-Race Day Packet Pick-up: First National Bank, River Falls location on Friday, April 17 from 11am - 5pm or on Saturday, April 18 prior to the race from 7am - 7:45am.

• We will have shirts available for purchase on race day, while supplies last.

Additional Race info:

• The 5K will be chip timed by Pickle Events, using disposable timing tags attached to the bibs

• Results will be available at www.pickleevents.com

• Certified 5K course rated easy

• Maps available at facebook.com/fnbrf - under the FNBRF 5K event

All proceeds go towards purchasing tennis shoes & socks for local kids in need! Shoe Some Love, provided by employees of FNBRF, partners with community-based nonprofit organizations and schools to get new athletic shoes to children in need in the St. Croix Valley area. Your donation through Shoe Some Love tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty and helps children attend school in comfort and with dignity, better prepared to learn and play! First National Bank of River Falls' Annual 5K Run and Walk is the primary fundraising event for the Shoe Some Love giving that takes place in the fall, perfectly scheduled for the new school year!

The Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) is a powerful tribute to 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, designed to unite veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians in honoring one of our nation’s heroes. Hosted by CrossFit boxes, ruck clubs, and gyms nationwide—or completed virtually anytime, anywhere—this workout challenges its participants to push harder, go further, and grow stronger in memory of those who have sacrificed for our freedoms.
