The Gordon Pine Barrens 50 (GPB50) inaugural year went very well. We saw 130 riders from 6 States and 55 different communities. The feedback for our riders gave the overall feeling of success. Many
positive comments about the rustic, challenging, and motor vehicle free roadways and trails. The event saw a high level of competition and at the sametime provided a high quality “laid back feel.” As the GPB plans on maintaining an annual race, we desire to keep the “grass roots small town feel,” while making slight adjustments to our event to best meet the needs of our riders and community.
Our projection is to grow to our capacity of 300 riders by race day on Saturday, June 13, 2026. If you have any questions please see our website and contacts at GordonPineBarrens.com
Keep pedaling!

The 2026 CAMBA Women’s South Mountain Bike Clinic will be a weekend of learning, gaining confidence, having fun, camaraderie, and experiencing the beauty of the CAMBA
trails in the Hayward/Cable area! Set in the heart of CAMBA’s Big Woods Endless trails, instruction for the clinic will be provided by regional certified coaches who have experience in teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders looking to gain confidence on their bikes and improve their skills on the trails. Open to those identifying as women mountain bikers and over the age of sixteen, all skill levels are welcome.
Not sure what level of rider you are? Not to worry! A pre-clinic survey will be sent to all participants, the results of which will be used by the coaching staff to assess skill levels. Beginning riders will learn basic bike handling skills for single-track riding, while advanced riders will refresh on the basics and build advanced skills on the beautiful CAMBA trails. While we all like to see as much of the trail as we can, please remember that this clinic is focused on building skills and gaining confidence in a supportive environment. It is not focused on miles of trail ridden.
For more details on the clinic, see our webpage.
Come on and join us in the CAMBA Women’s and ride away with a bunch of new riding skills!
Email Laurie Woodbury at [email protected] with any questions.
Cancellation policy: We will refund registration less a $50 processing fee up until four weeks before the event. After that, a refund (less the $50 processing fee) will depend on filling your spot on our waitlist. If we cannot fill your spot, we cannot provide a refund after that point.
