One will be geared toward junior racers, and the other for WGD athletes and they will be instructed by former World Cup athletes and local pros. Clinics will be tailored for novice to intermediate skill levels. Each clinic will be capped at 20 riders, with spots reserved for individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) participants. Clinic check-in will be at the Catamount Outdoor Family Center starting at 2:00 PM, and the clinics will start at 3:00. Don't have a cyclocross bike? That's ok! Your gravel bike or hardtail mountain bike is good enough to get you started!
THE VENUE: The Catamount Outdoor Family Center (COFC) is in Williston, Vermont, just outside of Burlington, with beautiful views of the Green Mountains. COFC began as a cross country ski center in 1978. It quickly expanded to include mountain bike and trail running, and now also hosts a variety of youth outdoor and educational programming. It has a rich history of hosting local, regional, and international level bike racing, including UCI cyclocross and mountain bike events. Racing GMCX will directly support Catamount's ongoing outdoor efforts!
