Mission to Mission Bike Tour is an all-volunteer, San Antonio charity event that provides biking challenges for riders at all levels, both in-person and virtually.
The in-person event is begins and ends at the San Antonio Mission Park Pavilions. In-person options include a family friendly Mission Tour (17) on dedicated hike and bike paths as well as THREE extended tours: Performance (24), Endurance (48), and Century (62).
You can also ride on your own time at home, in your neighborhood or any place of please when select the Virtual Ride options. Virtual ride lengths are 17 miles, 24 miles, 48 miles, Metric Century/62 miles, or "Rider's Choice" where you decide how far you'll go.
Our annual tour is a notable celebration of the Missions National Historical Park-- now part of a World Heritage Site recognizing the cultural uniqueness of the Spanish Colonial period. The tours begin and end one fourth mile from Mission San Jose, and the Mission Tour offers the opportunity to visit all four missions within the Park.
Extended tours share a common trunk route such that a rider may extend or contract a selected tour on the fly.
Ride conditions include public roads, level to gently rolling terrain, and rural countryside.
Tour Tee and lunch are included in registration for the in-person event.
Additional lunches and tour tees are available for friends and Family
Early Registration Discounts
Virtual Riders will have their shirts sent in the mail via UPSP First Class Mail.
*SAG will follow extended routes and be available at the main break point
Mission Tour: The Mission Tour winds through historic neighborhoods and touches four Spanish Colonial Missions located along the San Antonio River. The route can be adjusted to meet cycling skills. The Mission Tour riders use dedicated bike lanes/paths and tour in small guided groups. Restrooms and water are available at registration and mission sites. Touring all missions creates a 17 mile ride.
Notes on children riding M2M:
Children 10 & under ride free w/paid adult registration and minor registration form
Minor Registration Form available on-site on the day of the ride
Children must ride with trusted adult
No lunch or complimentary Tee provided with free minor registration
No children's tricycle or bikes with training wheels will be permitted.
Helmets are required for all riders
Performance 24: This 24 mile performance route retraces early Spanish trails as it loops southward beyond the Missions National Historical Park and skirts the western reaches of Braunig Lake. The performance route is primarily flat and utilizes city, state, and county roads through the mostly rural Southside.
Endurance 48: The 48 mile endurance route circles Calevaras Lake and provides a shortened "back door" alternative allows riders to shorten the Metric Century. The Endurance Route is primarily flat and utilizes city, state, and county roads through the mostly rural Southside.
Century 62: The 62 mile Metric Century duplicates the performance route and then explores the deep southside in a lazy circle of Calevaras Lake. Riders traverse the level countryside on city, county and state roads.
Note: The length of each route may be revised before the event as safety concerns, road conditions, or construction dictate. Route planning and maps by Cool Cats Cycling Club of San Antonio.

First overall male and female and first overall masters, male and female.
All age group awards will be based on chip time due to needing to start in waves.
We award for 1st through 4th so don’t leave without your award.
Some things to consider;
If you are a walker, make sure you check in at the timing table and tell them you are walking the entire race, and you are not running even on step, this puts you in a different category.
If you finish make sure your time matching what your watch says and that your name is spelled correctly and your gender is correct and you are in the right age category.
If you do not finish do not leave until you tell the timing people, because we do not leave until all runners are finished, we will have to go look for you.
Don’t run with someone else’s number.
Wear your number on the front of your shorts and do not bend the number as it has your chip embedded into the bib.
We want you to have fun and here are a few things that might help.
Show up with plenty of time to get your bib, go to the bathroom and get in line before the start of your race.
Invite family and or friends and ask them if they would like to volunteer while you run.
Being a volunteer for a couple of hours is an enjoyable thing, we promise they will love it.
Bring a change of clothes and leave them in your car so you can get out of sweaty clothes and come back to the awards ceremony.
Each race has it's own fun design on the ever loved super soft tri-blend shirt (unisex)
We continue to have non-profits involved and you will be able to donate to their cause when signing up.
Virtual runners
We offer the opportunity to run on your own but still sign up for the race. Life happens and sometimes even at the last minute you can’t make it to the race. You can switch to virtual we prefer if you do that on the Thursday before the race. The reason is that we assign bib numbers on Thursday before the race at noon. After noon it becomes hard for us to make changes and several people have to get involved. You may be charged more to switch to virtual after Thursday before each race.
If you are a virtual runners we do not put a limit on when you have to run. If you are injured it might be a few weeks before you can run that distance do not stress out. Do it when you can. We do have a virtual tab on our website click there and follow the instructions. If you want your packet mailed there will be a charge to mail your packet and this charge will be determined as we get closer to the event. Presently it is $12 per packet.
No Refunds! Thanks for signing up for our race, sometimes things change and you have to transfer your race entry or change the race, we understand. Please understand that this takes time to make these changes and we charge $20 to make that change or transfer two days before the race. $30 to transfer the day before the race. It doesn't mean we don't love you.
No Transfers after race day.
All of these things are here to help. We still love you, we just want you to have fun.
