Let's run it back!
Get ready for one of the toughest team challenges on the East Coast — the Myrtle Beach Adventure Ruck. This 10-hour endurance event combines rucking, navigation, teamwork, and mental grit into a single, relentless test of willpower and strategy. Think Amazing Race meets rucking meets hybrid racing.
Event Overview:
Get ready to explore Myrtle beach like you’ve never done before.
Teams of 3 athletes will set out on a self-navigated course across the city of Myrtle Beach. Your mission: locate and complete as many checkpoints as possible scattered across beaches, urban zones, and everything in between. The team that completes the most checkpoints in the fastest time wins.
But it’s not just about miles and minutes. At select checkpoints, your team will face team challenges—obstacles, physical tasks, or mental puzzles that must be completed together before you can move on. Coordination and communication are just as critical as speed and strength.
Race Details:
Price per team : $165.00. ($55.00 per person) Because of the unique style of this race we have to cap registrations. The event will sell out.
• Duration: 10 hours (continuous)
• Miles: Depends on how fast your team can move and the route you take (20-35 miles)
• Team Size: 3 members (Men, women or coed)
• Required Gear: BYOR - Minimum 20 lb dry weight ruck (One ruck per team. Can be carried by one teammate or passed back and forth)
• Checkpoints: Undisclosed amount – including navigation points, physical tasks, and team-based challenges
• Scoring: Checkpoints = points. Most points wins. Ties are broken by finish time.
• Navigation: Map and GPS allowed.
Expect the Unexpected:
From the beach to urban scavenging, every mile will test a different part of your team’s skill set. You’ll need to think fast, move smart, and keep each other motivated as fatigue sets in.
Why Compete:
Whether you’re here to test your limits, build team cohesion, or just prove what you’re made of, the Myrtle Beach Adventure Ruck will push you farther than you thought possible. Prizes await the top teams — but the real reward is crossing that finish line knowing you gave it everything.
This is more than a race. It’s an adventure.
Grab your team. Grab your ruck. Let's go!
