    Interactive Kids is a behavior support service for children, adolescents, adults, and their families across South and Central Jersey! Interactive Kids provides a wide array of behavioral, social, educational, and vocational-based services in homes, their centers, and schools. They provide services across the lifespan for individuals with special needs, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Behavior Disorders, Trauma & Stressor-Related Disorders, and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

    In honor of Autism Awareness & Acceptance Month this April, Interactive Kids is excited to host their second annual IK5K, aimed at benefiting the Autism Community. The proceeds from the 2026 IK5K will support Hearts Therapeutic Riding Center.

    THE ADVENTURE TRI IS BACK!!!! This race is a unique twist on the traditional triathlon. You can Paddle, Mountain Bike and Trail Run through Estelle Manor

    • FInisher Medals for everyone.

    • Free Race Photos

    • Kayak rental is available. If you need one please purchase as an add on to registration.

    • Bike course can be completed with a hybrid but we recommend using a mountain bike.

    • Free kids run. No registration needed. Finisher medal for all kids who run.

    • Trail runs are on flat trails. Trails are a mix of hard packed and sand.

    This is a USAT Sanctioned event. All participants must have an active USAT Membership that has not expired before the conclusion of the event and must follow all USAT rules and guidelines.

    Common Rules and Information

    • ALL athletes are required to show photo ID. NO ID, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

    • Youth (17 and under) athletes without an ID must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with a photo ID

    • Annual members are required to bring their membership card every time they compete in a USAT Sanctioned event.

    • You can download and print out a temporary membership card: https://membership.usatriathlon.org/Member/ViewMemberCard

    • Athletes may only pick up their own packets. Under no circumstances may an athlete pick up a packet for another person.

    • No drafting: a maximum of 15 seconds will be allowed to complete a pass through the draft zone of another athlete

    • Headphones are prohibited

    • No riding in transition at any time

    • Helmets/Chin straps must be worn securely fastened at all times while in possession of your bike. This means before, during, and after the event. This also means from the time you remove your bike from the rack at the start of the bike leg, until after you have placed your bike on the rack at the finish of the bike leg.

    • Verbal or physical abuse of others is not acceptable or tolerated. Participants shall refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct at all times while at the event and during competition, including the use of abusive language; violent acts; intentional misconduct; or any intimidating behavior directed toward, including but not limited to participants, officials, event staff, volunteers and spectators.

    Come join us for a new triathlon at Lake Lenape. Our swim takes place in beautiful Lake Lenape. The bike in run take place in and around the quiet streets of Historic Mays Landing. This is one you won't want to miss.

    We are excited to announce that we will have Gradient Bike Shop on site. Gradient Bike Shop is a mobile bike shop and they will be at our events offering their services as bike mechanic to you free of charge.

    We will have NovaCare Rehabilitation on site offering pre and postrace stretching and massages.

    This event is part of the DQ Events Grand Prix and DQ Events Club Challenge.

    You are scored for an overall placement, an age group placement, and for finishing the event. At the end of the series there will be prizes for free entries into 2024 and more! Kayak and Non-Multisport events do not gain points.

    To be scored in the Grand Prix all you have to do is place in the Overall, Age Group, or finish the race!

    To be scored in the Club Challenge you need to select your club during registration and then place in Overall, Age Group, or finish the race!

    Strides 4 Gianluca is an official 501c3 nonprofit

    Join us on Sunday October 11, 2026 for our 1st annual Cerebral Palsy Awareness 5K. This year's race will take place at Veteran's Park located at 2206 Kuser Rd. Hamilton Township, NJ 08690. Proceeds from the race benefit Strides 4 Gianluca.They are dedicated to create an impact for those affected by cerebral palsy. Their mission is to help create awareness while also helping support CP research organizations, families affected by CP, and other various projects. This race will be held in honor of World Cerebral Palsy awareness day which is on October 6th.

    Run or walk a 5K through beautiful Veteran's Park. Medals will be awarded to the Overall Top Female & Male Finishers and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd female and male finishers of each age group. Come out to support a great cause at this fun family event!

    • Participant t-shirts cannot be guaranteed if registered after 9/26/2026.

    • Distribution will be at the 5K location only on race day. T-shirts will not be mailed.

    • Registration fee: $35 early bird till May 26th. Price increase to $40 from May 27- Sept 7th. Price increase $45 from Sept 8th- October 10th

    • The 5K begins at 9:00 AM.

    • Run is rain or shine, and only in the event of emergency weather the run will be cancelled.

    • Strollers are welcome but must line up at the back of the start.

    Can’t make it out in person? Registered for another 5K the same day? Here are some other options:

    • Register for our virtual 5K run/walk. Wear your best green shirt and run or walk anytime from when registration opens to end of October to help create awareness. Please tag us on social media and we’ll gladly share your achievement. Our virtual option does not come with our 5K shirt option and times do not count towards the official in person 5K.

    • Virtual runners can also visit our online apparel shop if they wish to run with some official cerebral palsy awareness gear! Visit our online shop

    Tribe is an opportunity for those to see how great they are. This event is built to test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness, with eight grueling stations broken up and 400m interval runs in between. Wave descriptions are below:

    Elite Singles & Open Singles - Take on the course solo. Elites are eligible for age-group prizes and banners!

    Location:

    Enter the park through the Kuser Road entrance. There are multiple lots, but the Start/Finish area will be past the skate park near the covered pavilion.

    Pre-Race Bib Pickup:

    Sunday, 1 PM – 3 PM

    Fleet Feet Princeton

    If you can’t make bib pickup, you can pick it up race morning, starting at 9 AM at the Start/Finish line.

    Race Start Time:

    The race begins promptly at 11:00 AM.
