The RipRoar Omaha Youth Triathlon welcomes athletes ages 6-15-year-old, as of December 31, 2026, of all backgrounds and abilities to complete a course of swimming, biking, and running at age-appropriate distances, as well as athletes of ALL ages to compete in the RipRoar Relay!
The RipRoar Youth Triathlon Series has received numerous awards and nominations for its work empowering and teaching youth life lessons through endurance athletics.
The Omaha Triathlon is celebrating its 17th year by returning to Lake Cunningham
The Omaha Triathlon is the ONLY Olympic Distance Triathlon in the State of Nebraska!

The Bike course is on Lake Cunningham Road, North 72nd Street and Highway 36/Bennington Road. The Run Course in around the newly paved and scenic Lake Cunningham Recreation Area Lake. Full Course maps are posted at the event page for the Omaha Triathlon at www.raceomaha.com.
Post Race food featuring "The Pancake Man" with pancakes and sausage for all competitors included with your registration fee. Additional guests may be purchased with your registration for guests (i.e. family and friends).

Race Omaha
Results
A 1 to 3 mile walk around the 1/3 mile oval at Turner Park in Omaha, Nebraska on Sunday July 19th at 9am. The proceeds go the Children's Nebraska Pediatric Oncology Department. The walk is part of a free family Ice Cream Day celebrating Butter Brickle Ice Cream which was created in Omaha in the 1920's. After the walk, kids entertainment, outdoor games and free ice cream will be served.
There will also be a kids walk for kids 1 to 15. No T-Shirts for that walk.
Registration is available at packet Pick-up: Friday, July 24th - 5:00PM to 7:00 PM.

Registrations received after July 10 at 11:59 p.m. are not guaranteed a shirt.
The Lake Wehrspann 10K is part of the Lord of the Lakes series. All finishers in the 10K receive a Lord of the Lakes medal and the associated gemstone.
10K – A picturesque route on the paved trail around the Lake. It will test a runner’s mettle with its many turns and occasional hills.
2 Mile – A moderately hilly out-and-back course across the dam.
KIDS’ 1K – A relatively flat route along the trail for kids 12 & under.
10K & 2 Mile participants will receive a T-shirt with their registration. T-shirt is not guaranteed after 7/21/2026. No shirt for Kids' 1K. All participants will receive refreshments after the race.
The 10K starts at 7:30 am, the 2 mile at 7:35 am and the kids run at approximately 8:50 am after the last 10K runner finishes.

This 5-race series will challenge you to conquer Lakes Standing Bear, Cunningham, Flanagan, Walnut Creek, and Wehrspann. Sign up for the series for $125 or individual races for $35 each. Series finishers will receive a special medal commemorating their accomplishment.
Race distances vary by lake and are as follows:
#1 Lake Standing Bear, April 26 (8 AM Start Time), 5K
#2 Lake Cunningham, May 24 (8 AM Start Time), 10K
#3 Lake Flanagan, June 21 (8:00 AM Start Time), 5 miles
#4 Lake Walnut Creek, July 12 (8:00 AM Start Time), 5K
#5 Lake Wehrspann, August 2 (8:00 AM Start Time), 10K
Series results will be age-graded and awards will be given to the top male and female runners. Age group awards will be also given.
Packet pickup will be held the day before each race and at each Lake up to 15 minutes before the start of the race.

It's time once again for the DUNDEE DASH 5K, now in it's 5th year!
The race will be held on SATURDAY AUGUST 22nd, 2026, and will be the kick-off event for the day-long festival. The 5K run will go through Dundee Memorial Park and Elmwood Park. The race will start and finish at 51st and Underwood. Packet Pickup will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM on Friday August 21 at the Dundee Dell, 5007 Underwood Ave, Omaha, NE and Race morning from 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM near the start and finish line.
Medals for the top 3 male and female overall finishers. We also have the following age groups for males and females:
1-19 years old
20-29 years old
30-39 years old
40-49 years old
50-59 years old
60-99 years old
There is no "double-dipping" on medals.

Go Girl Run 5K is a unique race for women and girls that will be held on Labor Day, Monday September 7, 2026 at 8 am at the
Peak Performance store, 78th and Cass. The run takes place on the Keystone Trail.
Our Mission: To encourage and motivate women and girls to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle through running. Girls who stay active are more likely to develop positive coping skills, increased self-worth and increased confidence.
