14th Annual Sprint into Spring 5k/10k
In the spirit of celebrating America’s 250th birthday in 2026, you’ll see a patriotic theme woven throughout many of Troutman’s events this year. The Sprint into Spring 5K/10K will be the first event to proudly showcase this red, white, and blue celebration.
Join us on 3/7/2026 at 9am at Troutman ESC Park (338 North Ave.) for a 5K or 10K for the whole family. The registration fee includes a t-shirt and a finisher medal for all participants. Awards will be given to the top 3 in each age group. Walkers and/or runners alike are welcome! Must register by 2/20 to be guaranteed a shirt.
5K-$40; 10K-$45
Optional packet pick up is Friday, 3/6/2026, from 12pm-6pm at Troutman Parks & Rec Office, 334 North Ave, Troutman.

10K course is the 5K course looped twice.
Conveniently located just 6 miles from the Mooresville Exit off I-77
Lake Norman State Park provides Charlotte area participants with a race that's close-by yet rural in nature.
Participants will be able to park immediately adjacent to the main race site.
The park boasts one of the regions largest mountain biking network, offering over 30 miles of single-track trail and also contains a family campground with 32 sites.
