Honor Our Veterans — Join Us This November!
This year, we are proud to partner with The Kaufman Fund, a nonprofit organization that has been serving veterans and their families across the St. Louis
region for over 30 years. The Kaufman Fund provides critical support in areas such as mental health services, housing assistance, food programs, dental care, and educational resources — working tirelessly to ensure that no veteran is left behind. By joining the Veterans Appreciation Run, you are helping further this mission and making a direct impact on the lives of local veterans.
Click here for more information about The Kaufman Fund.
Lace up your running shoes and meet us on November 15 at Jefferson Barracks Park, a location rich in military history and a fitting place to gather in honor of those who have served. As you run or walk the scenic, tree-lined course, you’ll be part of a powerful community event that celebrates service, sacrifice, and unity.
Can’t make it in person? Join us virtually!
Our new Virtual Veterans Appreciation Run lets you participate from anywhere in the country while still supporting the cause. Run or walk your own 5K on your schedule, and we’ll mail your commemorative medal, race shirt, and goody bag directly to you. Whether you're near, far, or wherever you are, this is a meaningful way to stand with our veteran community and show your support.
The Veterans Appreciation Run, in person or virtually, is a chance for people of all ages and abilities to express their gratitude. Whether you’re a dedicated runner or simply looking to enjoy a meaningful day with friends and family, we invite you to stand with us in support of the men and women who have given so much.

Shake Off the Stuffing at the Trail Trot on Turkey Ridge!
Join us for a post-Thanksgiving challenge at the Trail Trot on Turkey Ridge in Wildwood, where the only leftovers are the miles you haven't
conquered yet. This is no ordinary trot — it's a timed endurance event designed for those looking to burn off that holiday indulgence in a setting as wild as your Thanksgiving feast.
Turkey Ridge offers a scenic 1.8-mile loop with a leg-burning 347 ft of elevation gain per loop. You'll run counterclockwise, starting and finishing at the trailhead, with each loop daring you to push a little harder. Choose between a 2-hour or 4-hour race — because who needs another turkey trot when you can prove your mettle on the trails?
Awards await the top female, male and non-binary finishers in both time categories, but the real reward is showing that pumpkin pie who’s boss. All finishers receive race swag. The race is capped at 75 participants, so secure your spot and get ready to make some room for those leftovers! Register by 11/14/26 to guarantee your swag!
St. Louis Track Club members can gobble up a $5 discount.
A portion of the proceeds for this race will be donated to a local non profit (TBD)

Bad Santa 5K
Sunday, December 20th, 2026
Do you live and run with an attitude that risking a lump of coal in your stocking is the cost of adventure? Rather throw back a finish line brew from right
here in The Lou while supporting your local community? Don't want to break the holiday gift fund on race registration?
Come naughty, come nice to the Bad Santa 5K on December 20th! This timed run through Carondelet Park celebrates the Holiday Season the right way – with a party, free beer, custom race tee and much more.
The course will feature stunning winter scenes with plenty of lakes, woods and railroad tracks to explore – perfect for seasoned and casual runners alike. After the race, warm-up by joining us at Urban Chestnut's Bierhall for the Bad Santa afterparty.
We’re also collecting new and gently used winter coats, hats and gloves to benefit the Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation and Warners’ Warm-Up Coat Drive in keeping our neighbors warm during the cold winter months. Bring yours on race day, and Operation Food Search will ensure the coats get to those who need them!
In addition to the run and post-race fun, participants can enjoy a logo’d race shirt and finisher item to stay festive through the winter months.
So what the bells are you waiting for? Register now, you filthy animals!
