The PLEASANT LAKE RIDE from Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales + Kitchen is a FREE self-supported mixed terrain ride. The ride is NOT A RACE and it’s NOT A NO DROP RIDE either. You could call it a glorified training ride if you really need to call it something. You can go as fast or as slow as you'd like... just come ride your bike and have a good time. Really... It's that simple.
RIDER'S GUIDE - The guide will be sent out on Thursday after registration closes to all who have registered. The rider's guide will have the finalized routes and all the info you need to have a good time!
LOCATION - Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales + Kitchen - 2319 Bishop Circle East, Dexter, Michigan 48130
DATE - Saturday, July 11th, 2026
TIME - 100-mile @ 7:11am. 100k @ 9:11am. 50k @ 10:11am.

Sign up for whatever one you think you'll do and then on the day of the event you can switch if you'd like. 50k is for people looking to get a taste of gravel riding or to enjoy a super chill ride. 100k is for the seasoned rider looking to get in a good workout with friends. The 100-miler is for the hard core gravel enthusiast and it gets a little spicy towards the end.
ROUTE - The route is on OPEN ROADS. Riders must obey all traffic laws, including stopping at STOP signs, not crossing the center line of the road, etc. The routes will NOT be marked and you will have to upload the route to your Garmin. These routes will be included in the rider's guide that will be sent out closer to the ride.
STICKERS - Produced by Dexter Graphic Arts and provided by Ann Arbor Velo Club and will be available after the ride.
PHOTOS - Matthew Orwig Photography will be taking photos at various points on the courses. Photos will be available within a few days of the event.
