This will be our 15th Annual 5K for HESSCO at Mick Morgan's. This is a beautiful 5K race (actually 3.4 miles) starts at 9 a.m. at the Mick Morgan's Irish Pub in Sharon, MA. This race helps raise funds for HESSCO programs such as Meals on Wheels and home care services. HESSCO is the Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for 12 communities in South Norfolk County. This race is fun, and festive and will kick-off the St. Patrick's Day celebrations and the road race season!
Shirts and socks are available for purchase online, at bib pick-up, and at the race (until they sell out).

If running isn’t your thing, please still join us and enjoy our FREE family-friendly activities, including face painting, bubbles, a nature-themed craft table, a DJ, food, and plenty of fun for kids of all ages.
The first 800 registrants, including children, will receive an Emma’s Run t-shirt. All funds go directly to the Emma Greenspan Foundation.

Run, Walk & Wag your way through the beautiful trails of Borderland State Park at our dog-friendly 5K run and walk on May 9. Enjoy entertainment, refreshments, prizes, pup cups for the dogs, pupsicles for the kids and new this year - Flying Dogs!
All dogs much be leashed (no flexi-leashes) and updated on rabies and all shots.
Free t-shirts (and neckerchiefs : ) to those who register by 4/24/2026. Parking is free but limited, please plan on carpooling.
Registration and t-shirt pick up begins at 8 a.m on Race Day.; Running and walking begins promptly at 9 a.m.

With a legit 12.3 mile Time Trial, this is the fastest bike course around. Not to mention a shady and flat 4.4 mile run around a beautiful lake! The Swim is 1/2 Mile of calm and clean waters. If you haven't raced in Sharon for a while, come check out what Max has done with some simple changes to this classic course and our signature post race BBQ. You'll love this race!
