The Firecracker 10K starts on Madison's hilltop with views of the Ohio River before running down Hanging Rock Hill. You finish downtown for post-race entertainment and awards. 50 miles from Louisville, 70 miles from Indianapolis & Cincinnati.
Ridge Runners Racing, in partnership with Big Rex Fireworks, proudly presents Big Rex's Bottle Rocket 5K and Little Rex’s Kids Fun Run (.76 mile). This event will take place on Saturday July 4, 2026 in cooperation with the city of Dry Ridge, Kentucky.
Little Rex’s Kids Fun Run (.76 mile) will start at 8:30 AM followed by Big Rex’s Bottle Rocket 5K at 9:00 AM. Both races will start at the City Building and finish inside Piddle Park (check out the Course Maps section for more details).

Course: Great course for NEW riders! Located on a wide, flat and very fast .67-mile four corner loop through downtown. The surface is fairly smooth with very wide corners. The finish is far from the last corner providing a wide-open path to the line. The wide downtown streets are completely closed to traffic, except for the occasional train. There is music, food, beer and a great community atmosphere.
Directions: Located in downtown Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Best way into town is Hollywood Blvd. then left on Arch, left on William, right on High. GPS Lawrenceburg River Front Parking Garage.

The venue opens one hour before our first batch. We advise that you arrive 45 minutes before your start time, so you have plenty of time to go through registration before we call you to the start pen for warm up 5 minutes before you start on your selected batch time.
Spectators are welcome for FREE, please note kids must be accompanied by an adult/legal guardian. There will be an event village where they can cheer you and your kids on at the start and finish line.
We have a Bag Drop ($5 on the day) where you can leave your stuff until you have completed the course.
A minimum of 1 Adult and 1 Kid need to register. A maximum of 4 Kids can register per 1 Adult. Additional Adult and Kid tickets can be purchased separately.
The minimum age for a Kids entry is 5 years young – but please, parents/legal guardians, kids (up to 13 years old) must be accompanied by a registered, participating adult. Event waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian of all Kids under the age of 18. No waiver, no run, no exceptions.

The Panther Prowl is a fundraiser for the St Lawrence cross country team. An out and back run along the Dearborn County Trail. Starts and finish outside Ivy Tech near the convention center.
Come and "Uncork the Fun" at the Annual Swiss Wine Festival Vevay River Walk/Run 5K. The 5K will begin at the edge of the Ohio River and progress down scenic Market Street. The course will circle the town of Vevay and finish back at the Ogle Riverfront Park. The course will be run on hard surface streets and is flat and fast. Stay for the Swiss Wine Festival which offers a wide variety of food booths, entertainment on 3 stages, Arts & Crafts, Grape Stomp, Amusement Rides, Grand Festival Parade, Fireworks, and Riverboat Cruises. Thrive 5K is a community-action event in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, supporting all survivors and taking a stand against violence in the Northern Kentucky and greater Cincinnati area. This will take place on October 3, 2026, this event is designed to bring people together in the spirit of promoting healthy relationships and ending domestic abuse.
Participants can expect a fun-filled morning of walking, running, and cheering on others as they complete the 5K course (Race course updated in 2026) in the beautiful Devou Park. With each step, runners and walkers will be making a statement in support of those affected by domestic violence, showing that the community stands with them and is committed to creating a safer, healthier for all. A Community fair will be at the start of the race where people can talk to members of the Thrive Community about the many classes offered at Thrive Empowerment Center along with connecting with local resources offered at ION Center and many more.
The Thrive 5K is a community-action event in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, supporting all survivors and taking a stand against violence in our area.

Ridge Runners Racing proudly presents the 2nd Annual Little Rooster Kids Fun Run, 5K Trail and Mini Barnyard Ultra Trail. The event will take place on Friday, October 16, 2026 at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds and Park in Glencoe, Kentucky. Nestled between interstates I-71 and I-75, this quaint rural farming community is easily accessible from Cincinnati (30 minutes), Lexington (45 minutes), and Louisville (60 minutes). Visitors will feel as if they’ve stepped back in time as they enjoy the small town vibe Glencoe has to offer. Plan on making it a “runcation” and check out the many accommodations and attractions within minutes of the event site. The Little Rooster Kids Fun Run 1/2 mile will be offered for kids 10 & under at 5:30 PM, so plan on bringing the kids to join in the fun! A 5K trail race will follow at 6:00 PM. Walkers are welcome as this race has a generous 2 hour cut-off. The Mini Barnyard Ultra Trail starts at 8:00 PM and is a “last runner standing” event. Last year the
race lasted 14 hours before Chris Emberton of Elizabethtown, KY was declared the winner after completing 28 laps (58.33 miles).

Shawnee Lookout is located at the Southwest corner of Hamilton County and is perched above the confluence of the Great Miami and Ohio Rivers. It is well known for its historical Spring house School and Log Cabin and Native American archaeological earthworks. The park's nature trails, including the 1.3-mile Blue Jacket, 2.0-mile Little Turtle and the 1.4-mile Miami Fort trail, offer spectacular views of the Ohio River and Great Miami River valleys. The park also features picnic areas, a playground and boat access to the Great Miami River.
Begins and ends at the Waterhole Meadow Shelter. The Course combines the two lollipop loops of the Blue Jacket and Little Turtle nature trails and includes breathtaking views of the river valley below.
This is the final event of the Dirt Days Trail Series and offers one last chance to earn series points.

This year the Catholic Parishes in Dearborn County are hosting the Pre-Turkey 5K in Aurora, IN on the EVE of Thanksgiving Day, November 26 @ 5:30 PM. Help us FEED the hungry and help families during this time of the year. Join us and bring your family and friends in an EVENING 5K Run/Walk that will raise funds to our local food pantries to help feed the families during the holidays. This race supports 3 Food Pantries: The St. Vincent De Paul, Clearing House, and Dillsboro Food Pantries. Create a NEW Family Tradition! SUPPORT a CAUSE! SUPPORT your COMMUNITY!
Just thirty minutes outside of Cincinnati, the Perfect North Slopes ski resort will challenge racers with a dynamic mixture of hills, field running through water and mud to add an extra layer of difficulty. Expect this to be a fast, yet challenging obstacle course race. This weekend features a full stack of event distances: 5K, 10K, 21K and 50K. Those brave enough will take on the ultimate challenge – the Trifecta in one weekend.
Parking for the event will be located onsite. The Festival will be integrated with the Base lodge, including a nice obstacle viewing area. When you're off the course, enjoy all that Cincinnati has to offer: gardens, mountains, and museums.
