Join us for the IDEA Foot Chase 5K/10K, a family-friendly run through the scenic Riverwalk paths of Mishawaka’s Parks, starting at Central Park. Whether you tackle the 5k loop or double up for the 10K, you’ll wind through the Riverwalk overlooking the St. Joseph River and through the heart of our community.

IDEA’s mission is to reduce drug demand through advanced law-enforcement training, educational outreach, and strong community partnerships, so that every Hoosier can live safely and free from the harms of substance abuse.

Join the Fort Wayne Running Club as we continue the tradition of supporting Riley Children's Hospital with the 20th Annual Run for Riley. Participants may choose between the 5 mile chip timed race or the 5K event.
Both events begin at Maple Creek Middle School and progress to the beautiful paved trails of the Fort Wayne Greenway. The course splits with 5 mile participants going one way and 5K participants going the other way. All participants end on the school track.
After the event join us in the school cafeteria to bid on the silent auction items, the 5 mile race awards and as always the wonderful treats and snacks Run for Riley has become known for. Make sure you stay for the announcement of our donation total to Riley Hospital.
The Werewolf Chase is a free fun run the chase begins on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Fort Wayne Outfitters. Gather your friends and family to participate in this unique and action-packed event.
The Werewolf Chase Fun Run offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Race through the downtown Fort Wayne trail network and evade the werewolves in pursuit. Can you outrun them and make it to the finish line?
How the chase part works:
Participants put on the flag football belts supplied by the Getting Miles crew.
Runners, walkers and strollers launch from the starting line at 11AM.
Everybody gets a five minute head start.
At 11:05, the werewolves are released and the chase begins.
Your goal is to survive the 3-mile course before a werewolf catches you!
A few things to know:
The Werewolf Chase course is wheelchair friendly.
There's not an aid station on the course. Water and snacks are provided at the start/finish line.
You'll hand over your belt at the finish line and receive some candy and a fun medal if you have both of your flags.

Be a part of the Kit's Club and Silver Fox Club Fox Trot! Anyone and everyone is welcome to join in this walk/run!
The course is one mile long, and participants can choose to walk or run. This is not a timed race.
In the past, this run has been reserved for just club members, but this year, you do not need to be a member of the Kit's Club or Silver Fox Club to participate.

The Fort4Fitness Fall Festival is the year’s biggest community celebration of fitness in Downtown Fort Wayne!
Every year, thousands of athletes train for and participate in the Fall Festival. The Saturday event features three race distances (4 Mile, 10K, and Half Marathon) to suit people of all ages and abilities. Participants are enthusiastically encouraged along the way by neighborhood cheer groups and live music performers, and they're awarded a finisher medal at the Finish Line at Parkview Field.
Virtual options for the 4 Mile, 10K, and Half Marathon are open as well. These participants will complete their distances at any time or place and will receive a race shirt and finisher medal.

We’ll kick off the afternoon with a fun, family-friendly tailgate at 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM featuring food, and fellowship. Check-in for the walk/run will open at 2:00 PM, and the walk will begin at 3:00 PM as we walk together to bring hope to our neighbors in need. Walk route options include: 5k, 1.25 miles, and 1/3 mile loop around the Parkview Field Concourse.

Series participants need to return their race bibs to the packet pickup station in order to receive points for the race. You will use the same race bib for all the events.
Runners will receive the final race decal to put on their bibs at the finish line.

Organized by Chi Eta Sigma, the honor society of the graduate counseling program at Purdue Fort Wayne, this event raises awareness for suicide prevention and mental health while funding continuing education opportunities for future counselors.

Welcome to Running Wild 5K Run/3K Wacky Scavenger Hunt Walk!
About this Event: The Running Wild 5K Run is professionally chip-timed with disposable chips on park wooded and open field trails, park roads, grass, and gravel. The 5K event includes awards for the top 3 finishers in each age category. The 3K Wacky Scavenger Hunt Walk is on similar, relatively flat surfaces. Dogs allowed, on 6-foot leash, for the WALK ONLY. Individuals or families with leashed dogs will begin at the back of the walk start. Egg bake breakfast with fresh fruit and homemade cookies for registered participants. Terrific door prizes donated by local vendors and the St. Joseph County Parks Foundation and Friends of Bendix Woods and Spicer Lake! (Must be present to win.) This year's hand-crafted participant medallion features a Bald Eagle (one per registered participant, while supply lasts).
Proceeds benefit park facilities, programs, and bus transportation to the parks for school programs. The event is organized by the St. Joseph County Parks Foundation, Friends of Bendix Woods and Spicer Lake, and St. Joseph County Parks.

An amazingly scenic greenway race! The race starts in Kreager Park park, winds is way along the Maumee river before the return trip along the same path. You'll love the novelty of the distance and the beauty of the path. We have added a shorter and unique 7K distance. This is race #3 and the final race in the Epic Summer Series.

Description Our 12 & 24 Hour Race is on the scenic trails of St. Patrick's County Park in South Bend.Runners can take advantage of the amenities of the park to stay overnight, shower, eat and stay protected from the elements. Come join the fun! Organized and operated by St. Joe Happy Running Events Ltd.Proceeds of this race are donated to the ALS (Lou Gerhig Disease) community. Course Enjoy the scenic trails of St. Patrick's County Park. You will run on dirt/grass trails for most of the loop with 3 short treks across asphalt. Warren Riverside Run 5k Run/Walk
Join us for the 3rd Annual Warren Riverside Run, a 5k run & walk, along the Salamonie River and celebrate with us afterwards at our post-race party at Riverside Park. All proceeds benefit Warren Chamber of Commerce.
The race will take place on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 at 8:30am. The start/finish line will be located at Riverside Park, 126 E 1st St, Warren, IN 46792. The route for this 5k will take you across the bridge, along the Salamonie River, and around Riverside Park.

Guidelines for Dogs Attending the Event
All dogs must be kept on a non-retractable leash and under supervision at all times.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
Any dog displaying aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs must be immediately removed from the event by its owner.

Inclement Weather & Refunds
This event raises funds for the Warren Area Chamber and there will be no refunds if the race must be canceled due to inclement weather. We will hold the race as long as conditions do not make holding it dangerous to competitors. If the race is canceled, you can still pick up your race packet at Riverside Park. Information for that will be posted as needed.
There will also not be any refunds given if you are unable to attend the event after registering. All funds from the Riverside Run fund the Warren Chamber and their help to the community throughout the year.

Originating in 1987, the objective was to encourage participation in a healthy activity while promoting the Van Buren Popcorn Festival. The Kernel 5K has experienced increased attendance since the first event. The Van Buren Popcorn Festival Committee who volunteer to conduct the event appreciate your involvement and look forward to seeing you again this year!

The course is well marked and the surface is flat and paved. We ensure your safety with traffic control and water stations. The finish line is in front of the Popcorn Festival Grandstand where there will be fruit and drinks available to all participants.
