The Kit's Club & Silver Fox Club program is a months-long program designed to help you reach your marathon goals!
Each participant will do their best to complete 26.2 miles - that's a marathon distance - throughout the program, little by little. Keep track of your mileage with a F4F logbook that you'll collect when the program starts in May. (Participants also receive a t-shirt and goody bag!)
Not a runner? Don't like walking? That's okay! Your logbook will have a conversion chart with lots of other fun activities that you can convert to mileage, such as biking, basketball, yoga, swimming, etc.
You can also rack up more mileage at smaller F4F events held around the Fort Wayne area.
At the Friday event on September 26th, all participants complete a celebratory 1.2-mile lap around the stadium and receive their finisher medal at home plate!
Kit's Club is for kids ages 4-14, and Silver Fox Club is for adults 50 and older.

Your support of NAMI allows us to continue serving northeast Indiana through support, education, and advocacy. One NAMI Fort Wayne member has said, "Our family sunk into despair when we were unable to deal with the emotional devastation of watching our loved-ones lose the ability to manage the realities of everyday life. Once-productive family members were robbed of their competency to hold a job or form meaningful relationships. We were losing all the joy in our lives. At our first visit to a NAMI Fort Wayne support group we immediately felt accepted. We connected with several people affected by mental illness and shared ideas about helping our families. We later took Family-To-Family, a free 8 week class that empowered us to form our own strategies to navigate mental illness. Life still presents many challenges but thanks to NAMI we face those challenges with hope."
*During the registration process for runners age 14 and under, age-based pricing will be applied at check out.

Join us for the 17th Annual Pufferbelly Run, Walk, and Stroll 10K, 5K Family Run/Walk, and 1 Mile Kids' Fun Run.
The proceeds from this event will be used for trail development activities. One of the biggest projects in our community is the conversion of the former New York Railroad into a paved recreational path called the Pufferbelly Trail in Fort Wayne. When completed, it will link downtown Fort Wayne to Pokagon State Park in Angola and south to Ouabache State Park in Bluffton. At 84 miles, and called the Poka-Bache Connector, it will become the spine for a regional trails system that will provide endless health and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors to the Fort Wayne area.
