Off Balanced Run Crew was born in Tampa in August 2023 from founder Jon's simple belief that running resets what life throws at you. With around 30 members and counting, this crew operates with zero fees and open doors for anyone looking to find their stride again. The philosophy is clear: no chasing perfection, no PRs, just movement without judgment. At conversational paces between 9:30 and 10:30 per mile, Off Balanced Run Crew rolls through Tampa's streets where real connection happens naturally.
