Peace Out Cancer 1 Mile and 5K!
One of our biggest goals for this property is to create a place where people can gather, make memories, and feel connected to the community through fun events throughout the year.
After the events we have already had and all the visitors to the farm I feel like we have created exactly that, thanks to you all.
With the being said, we would love to announce our next event! Please join us for the Love, Lincoln Peace Out Cancer 5k on Saturday, September 5th @ 7:30am!
September is Prostate, Ovarian and Childhood Cancer awareness month. Bringing awareness to these 3 cancers is very important to us as we have seen firsthand how difficult they are.
In honor of Prostate Cancer we will be honoring our survivors Raymond Campbell [Lincolns Grandpa] and Randy Seebeck.
In honor of Ovarian Cancer please help keep the memory of Lincoln’s Great Granny, Ann Sims alive. November 12,1941 – October 7, 2014.
In honor of Childhood Cancer please help keep the memory of Brooks Laney alive. December 13,2019 - February 26, 2025.
50% of all ticket sales will be donated towards the cancer charity selected during registration.

Difficulty: HARD
The 1 Mile option is beginner friendly for most ages however, the 5k option is an all terrain tough run. This 5k is tough, battling cancer is tougher. Never give up! We will have hydration stations every mile and trail guides along the way to keep you on the right path.

The Coming Clean 5k is held yearly by West Florida Baptist Church. This event was created to help raise awareness for Coming Clean Recovery (CCR), a free, faith-based, addiction recovery program. CCR uses the proven 12 step recovery method and the truths found in God's word to usher in a life of freedom from addictive behaviors and substances. 100% of the profits from the race go to support WFBC's Coming Clean Recovery Program.

The 13th Wildcat Ultramarathon takes place at the Escambia County Equestrian Center—a 178-acre park with wide, runnable paths and plenty of open space for crews and spectators. All race distances start at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 5. The Board of County Commissioners voted to increase the Tourist Development Tax (TDT) from 4% to 5%. This tax affects the Equestrian Center's recreational vehicle and trailer site fees. RV hookups at the Equestrian facility are now $30/night which includes the sales tax and TDT tax. The Equestrian Center has RV parking, and the cost is $30 per day (includes tax, water, and electrical hookups). We have raised the price this year as we will be renting out the arena section of Center. With this rented out, runners are FREE to camp - or set up - under the roof. If you decide to plug into a wall outlet, you will be charged an RV fee. He will be providing all runners with free pictures from the race following the conclusion of the event. Rules If you get off course, please return to the course at the point you left before continuing. If you choose to leave the course for an extended break please check in with a race official when you leave and upon your return. If you see any misconduct on the course please bring it to the attention of a race official in a discreet manner and we will handle accordingly. Refund Policy: PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT (see details below regarding refund and rollover policy). You signed up for the event understanding the refund policy and we ask that you respect the race and the enormous cost of putting it on by not

Lastly, USATF sanctioned event policy does not allow for animals to participate in competitions -- This means you can't run with any of your pets, including dogs Awards All 100-mile finishers will receive a belt buckle. 100k finishers will receive a pint glass, 50 mile, 50k, and 15 Mile finishers will receive a medallion and a coffee mug. Following the conclusion of the event, we will mail out awards to the 1st place overall winner in each distance, including your finishing time and course record (if applicable). This clinic is hosted by TriChix Multisport, an all female triathlon club devoted to spreading the multisport love!
We will teach athletes the fundamentals of triathlon and prepare them for the Sea Turtle Triathlon. Athletes will rotate through a swim clinic, bike/transition clinic, run clinic and wellness clinic. All athletes must have a USAT Youth yearly membership ($10.00). If you already registered for the Sea Turtle Triathlon you are a current member and just need to enter the membership number when registering.
Join us for the 10th Annual Bloody Mary 5K Run and Walk at Tacky Jacks in Gulf Shores on Saturday, August 30th at 7:30 am. This annual event is on flat and fast city streets. If you want to earn a PR or just have fun, THIS is the Labor Day weekend event you want to do.
This race is the final race in the Run the Coast Summer series. There are cash prizes for the top 3 male and female runners in the series, based on the points system over the 3 races. Labor Day weekend also kicks off football season and a race tradition is showing your team spirit. We will have our traditional Team Spirit Awards, so wear your team colors and be eligible for prizes.
