PawPals Endeavor 2026: Spoooky Edition
Second Annual PawPals 4 Life 5k
Presented by GetDisrupted.Org and Pawfields Enrichment Group
In-Person 5k: October 24, 2026 - Time to be determined
Race t-shirt
guaranteed for those who register by September 1, 2026, or until sold out online.
Run or Walk: It's entirely an off-road experience! In recognition of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month. It is our demonstration and commitment to enrichment for paws of all kinds. Limited number of in-person participants allowed; act now to secure your spot in the race!
For our second annual PawPals Endeavor we are offering more activities that are bound to be a spoooky good time for PawRents and PawPals! This year proceeds will go to Disruptive Endeavors Inc. (dba GetDisrupted.Org) and a selected partner organization (to be announced).
We are on a mission to provide a fuller and more enriching life for our PawPals - a source of joy and comfort for us PawRents. With your participation and help we can accomplish this task, keeping our eyes peeled, ears tuned, noses up, and paws forward to a better tomorrow with hoomankinds’s best pals. If we have learned anything, it is this: River, Aston, and Nova are not “pets”; they are family, members of our household, our ride-or-dies, our PawPals for life. Our transition into PawRents taught us that enrichment was an essential part for their development and well-being; from engaging in their training as a bonding strategy to encouraging socialization as a way to reveal their personalities and create independence. Our PawPals require dedication from us as much as they dedicate themselves to us.
We aim to provide a space where PawRents and PawPals can come together for a PawFect cause: to instill hope in us all and help save lives while also encouraging social interaction among our friends. The Passion of life shown through Affection, Loyalty, and Service for one another — PawRents and PawPals alike.
Your PawPals 4 Life 5K Registration includes: General Admission for you, your guest, and your PawPal into the PawPals Endeavor: Spoooky Edition. Plus a single (1) participant entry (PawRent) and your dog (PawPal) into the dog-friendly 5k, an official event t-shirt, finisher medal, and your registered PawPal receives a matching finisher medal and bandana. Join us for the best fall fest costume {optional) 5K 10K run of the season as we enter Halloween week in full spirit! Register here for the Dunedin HOB Brewing Company 5K or 10K held on Sunday,
October 25, 2025. The fun, the medals, the costumes, and the attendees are ALWAYS the hit of this annual event at HOB Beer Complex.
At 8:30 a.m. we will begin the 5K 10K in Downtown Dunedin from the venue at the HOB Brewing Company, 941 Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. Each distance is a 5K out and back from the HOB on the fully paved Pinellas Trail.
Parking is encouraged (and free) at the Artisan parking garage at 356 Monroe Street, Dunedin, FL 34698. After you park walk toward the venue using the Pinellas Trail.
Every registrant will receive a RUN727 tshirt, a free craft beer, 1 awesome finisher's medal, an electronically timed yet non competitive event that attracts the more laid back runner or walker, however, we do bring special framed awards for the first 15 males and first 15 females in both the 5K and the 10K.
An email will be sent to ALL registrants the day before the race which will include your bib number assignment along with your waiver to participate on event morning. For those travelling or without a printer we will have waivers on site but bringing it with you moves check in much more quickly. Occasionally we have a few bad email addresses so if you don’t receive the final email by 4 pm the day before the race please email [email protected] and we’ll get it to you!
Check in is RACE MORNING ONLY which opens at 7:30 a.m.
We will have a bag check zone if you don’t want to go back to your car. This is a family environment with a great party zone on site.
We will have a table at the finish line shoot for first 15 males and first 15 females in each distance so be sure to grab one if they are still there when you finish your distance. The RaceSplitter Timing system will be used to time and score the race but results ARE purposely not posted at the venue so we can maintain our light hearted group of non-competitive runners and walkers. You can find your finish time in overall results later in the afternoon at www.727CanRace.com
We also bring additional top finisher’s frames for seniors and our younger runners so if you had an exceptional day (any age) let Suzanne know at the microphone and we’ll award you for your performance! Age group awards slow down the day and we have used this method the last 9 years and it works out BEAUTIFULLY for the laid back group of runners we attract. We are the number once search for travelers looking for holiday running events!
After the post race party we encourage you to walk downtown to see exactly what all the rave is about Dunedin, Florida from our shops, restaurants, 13 breweries, and amazing marina district. Dunedin is also home to the famous Honeymoon island State Park so make a day of it if you can. Thanks for joining us and we look forward to seeing you race morning!
Welcome to fall running in Dunedin!~ This is a race that WILL SELL OUT so register early as prices rise to slow down registration numbers the closer we get to event day. There is NO race day registration on site.

Be a part of our charity race through the historic district of Longwood. All proceeds will benefit the preservation of our historic landmarks in Longwood through the Longwood Historic Society. The
society maintains three buildings within the district, built in the 1870s and 1880s. We need your help to raise money for the continued restoration and preservation necessary to keep them around for another generation! The race will begin and end at the Historic Civic Center in downtown Longwood's historic district.
It will be a fun, family-friendly, and Halloween-themed event. We invite runners to wear costumes and will award prizes for the best costumes. There will be a free kids' dash immediately before the 5K. We will play plenty of family-appropriate music, including Halloween favorites, to get you into the spirit.
The Longwood Historic Society is a non-profit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible. 100% of the proceeds from the race will go to the Society, whose primary mission is to preserve and restore our historic buildings. Our goal for this year is to raise enough money to replace the upper roof of the Bradlee-McIntyre House. Thanks for your help!!!

Pedaling the Distance In Support of UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital Foundation
The Hearts for Our Hospital Bicycle Challenge is a partnership between UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital Auxiliary Foundation ("Foundation") and the Sumter Landing Bicycle Club.
As a proud community partner and presenting sponsor of the event, UnitedHealthcare is helping to spearhead the way. The bicycle challenge has become a signature event providing an opportunity for the Foundation - a 501(c)(3) organization - to support their mission of making a difference in the lives of the individuals and communities in which they serve by raising awareness of the programs and services provided by YOUR UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital. The Foundation works closely with UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital to prioritize the spending of funds raised.
As such, monies raised through the Hearts for Our Hospital Bicycle Challenge are used in the acquisition of capital equipment, as well as the delivery of medical education scholarships for students pursuing a certification, associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree at the post-secondary level in the medical and allied health care fields. These scholarships are in the amount of $2,000 per student and renewable up to four years, based on the student’s degree program, assuming the student maintains an acceptable level of academic performance and meets eligibility criteria.
Look for the LifeSouth Blood Mobile at the event! While cyclists are on the road, friends and family and spectators can make a life-saving difference. One donation saves up to three lives and stays local, benefiting UF Health (Spanish Plaines and Leesburg), The Villages EMS, and Shands Hospital.
