Course Information Detailed Course Map | Elevation Profiles | Lap Chart |Additional course information can be found on our event page InsideTrail.com Race Information The Napa Lapa Trail Adventure is Inside Trail’s first time-based run. This means that instead of running a pre-determined distance as fast as possible, you’ll be running as far as possible during a pre-determined amount of time. And what other place could be better than the beautiful, rolling hills of Napa’s Skyline Wilderness Park? The Napa Lapa will go from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM! What’s fun about this event is that you can run a lap, take a break and head out again when you are ready, as long as your race is still open. Whether you get in 1 lap or you get in 20 laps, you have finished the race! You will now be a Napa Lapper! Each main loop (big loop) will be 4.1+ miles long. The last 40 minutes of your event, we will open the small loop to rack up as many loops as you can to close out your time period. The small loop is 0.34
miles. The small loop adds a mental test component, do you go for one more big loop or hang out until the small loop is open?! Test yourself and see how fast you can go and how many laps you can complete. Each loop has approximately 815' of elevation. This is Inside Trail Racing style, lots of elevation gain! Plenty of Awards to go around:The Lapa Lapper - Overall Winners The Grappa Lapper - Fastest Lap, check out the records below. Can you run a faster lap than previous? The Dapper Lapper - Best DressedMore to be announced!Start Times: ● 12 Hour – 7:00 AM ● 6 Hour – 7:10 AM ● 3 Hour – 7:20 AM Relays Relays! Everyone enjoys being part of a team so we added more teams for 2026. 12 Hour Relay registration now has the option of teams of 2 OR 3.6 Hour now also has a relay option for a team of 2For the relays, you will get one bib that you will need to transfer between runners. You can switch it up as you choose: run alternating laps, run 2 laps then switch, you pick how you want to
relay! Park Information Skyline Wilderness Park is located in Napa, California. In 1979, the land beside the State Hospital was declared to be surplus and was to be sold to a private party. A group of concerned citizens got together and enlisted the help of various members of the community and government to allow the group to use the land as a park for the Napa Valley. The idea of a park was formed, a constitution was created, incorporation papers drafted, environmental impact studies made, etc. Since there has never been a private sector leasing state land for a park system, the State leased the land to the County of Napa which then subleased it to the Skyline Park Citizens Association. More on the history of Skyline Wilderness Park here.Skyline park has 25 miles of multi-use fire road and singletrack trails of various skill levels. As a memorial to Martha Walker, the Martha Walker Native Habitat Garden in Skyline Park was created, inviting visitors to enjoy a unique presentation of flora
from all over the State.Park information Skyline Wilderness Park2201 Imola Ave, Napa, CA 94559Click for Directions Camping Information Camping details: Booking camping is directly through Skyline Wilderness Park | Camping DetailsBook Your Camping Reservation Presenting Sponsor Omen WineOmen Wines is an Atlas Wine Co brand. Aid Station Supplies Inside Trail Racing aid stations are replete with an optimal variety of glycogen-replenishing, electrolyte-replacing products. Skratch Hydration Mix: Most sports drinks are too sweet, too fake, or too hard on your gut. Skratch is made with real fruit for light flavor, the right balance of sodium and sugar for faster absorption, and none of the artificial stuff that causes GI distress. It’s designed to replace exactly what you lose in sweat — and nothing you don’t.Pickle Juice: Pickle Juice® uses a proprietary blend of all natural, organic ingredients that immediately interact at the back of the throat to block nerve signals being sent to muscles. Spring Energy: Remove barriers between you and your best effort by creating innovative and healthy products for
runner, trathletes, cyclists and all other athletes. Products that work with your body not against it!Move better. Feel better. Finish stronger. The following is a list of some of the foods and beverages each aid station may provide: Spring Energy Sports Nutrition, trail mix, pretzels, potato chips, Oreo cookies, boiled potatoes with salt, Coke, Ginger Ale, water, Skratch Hydration Mix, PB&J sandwiches, M&M’s, salt tablets, bananas, watermelon, and tangerines. Aid stations are also equipped with general first aid items, including Salt-Stick tablets, but no anti-inflammatory medicine.Skratch Labs is 80 calories per serving with minimal sugar (4g per 100 ml) and a ratio of sugar (glucose + fructose) that is optimized for faster absorption, an electrolyte profile that actually matches what is lost in sweat (800 mg sodium, 80 mg potassium, 100 mg calcium, and 80 mg of magnesium per liter). As distances between aid station vary, we strongly encourage all runners to carry at least one 20oz bottle
during their run. FAQ's You've got questions, we've got Answers! Alcohol - Alcohol is permitted at the park, you may bring your own. You are NOT PERMITTED to drink while your event is going on.
