Click here Krank It Sunday 19th April 2026 Bottle Lake Forest Park What is Krank It? Krank It is a Children's and Women's Mountain Bike Race. You can enter as an Individual or Team of 2 Relay. Plus, the new category for 3-6 years, 2km bike with mum, no balance bike in this category children must be able to ride a pedal bike and be supported by mum. If more than one child and mum or grandma can't do it then dad can ride with the wee ones. No charge for Mum and the 3–6-year-old gets the medal.

Course overview: This course winds through the mature pine forest of Bottle Lake Forest Park in Christchurch, following a mix of smooth single-track and wide forestry roads beneath towering trees. The soft forest floor and minimal elevation gain make it a fast, highly runnable/walkable trail for all abilities, where participants can settle into an easy steady rhythm while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Suitable for: Great for first timers being a flat easy course. Also fantastic for experienced runners looking for a new PR, this course is FLAT and hard packed, making it for a quick and fun day!
Track condition: 85% well formed track/foresty road, 15% river stone pathways
