Bilguun's personal 90-day running streak sparked something unexpected: Mongolia's first lifestyle-focused running crew. In September 2024, three marketing professionals, Bilguun, Injinaash, and Munkherdene, turned his vision into 7K Club, built on the belief that consistency matters more than intensity. The seven-kilometer distance became their signature, a sweet spot between achievable and challenging that fit into the lives of Ulaanbaatar's busy young professionals. Within months, nearly 300 members joined, splitting into two pace groups every Sunday at Revo Garden: a faster 6K tempo run and a social 3K group. Post-run coffee and brunch became as sacred as the running itself, blending athletic training with genuine community connection. What began as personal rehabilitation transformed a city where running culture barely existed into a thriving cult of consistency.
