Hash House Harriers objectives are to promote physical fitness, get rid of weekend hangovers, acquire a good thirst and satisfy it in beer, and to persuade older members that they are not as old as they feel.

A drinking club with a running problem that meets every Monday and occasionally on weekends. Runs range from 4-8 km and are followed by social activities and beer. Promotes physical fitness, social interaction, and weekend fun.

Based in Nairobi since 2017, the club comprises a diverse group of members from all parts of the world. Their objective is 'Choose Health, Look Fit and Feel Better'.

Run Fit Club started as a group of enthusiastic recreational runners committed to achieving their individual running goals. They realized they could achieve their fitness dreams by training together as a team.
