In July 2024, Teo founded Cavana Run Club in Trieste after carrying a decade-long vision through his own recovery. What began as a single run from Hops Beerstrò has grown into a steady gathering of runners committed to healing and progress rather than pace charts or personal records. Every Tuesday evening, the club moves through Trieste's historic streets and coastal quarters, welcoming runners of all backgrounds and fitness levels. The crew organizes charity runs supporting local children, roots itself in the city's gritty neighborhoods, and operates on a simple philosophy: every runner's story matters. Cavana Run Club now brings together dozens of people weekly, building something rare in running culture: a space where transformation and authentic connection come first, and the run itself is secondary to why people show up.
