The 5.30 is a 5K run/walk that takes place in the town centre at 5.30 in the morning before a regular business day. The 5.30 added value is the capacity to encourage positive emotions and to improve the quality of life of its participants:
• making people more aware of the benefits of exercise;
• an earlier start of the day allows the participants to fit in exercise without impacting their working day;
• allows the participant to experience the city in a brand new light, to create new perspectives.
