Force Running Club started in December 2017 when ten friends crossed the finish line together at the Barelang Marathon in Batam. That shared moment ignited a vision, and today the crew stands at around 50 runners strong. Founded on the belief that running is a gateway to joy and healthy living, Force Running Club focuses especially on inspiring young people to make running part of their everyday lives. They meet three times a week, Tuesday and Saturday evenings at the Lobby Aston Batam, and Sunday mornings at Batam Centre. Everyone is welcome, no matter where they start.

Runnin Dads and Dudes started in 2023 when four friends in Batam discovered that running together beat running alone. What began as casual weekend miles turned into something bigger, something communal. The crew grew by word of mouth, welcoming anyone who wanted to show up. Today, Runnin Dads and Dudes is built on a simple philosophy: run for fun, run for growth, and run without pressure. Pace doesn't matter. Distance doesn't matter. What matters is showing up with good people, good vibes, and the shared vision of becoming better versions of themselves together. Every Sunday at 6am and Saturday mornings, Batam's harbor comes alive with runners who believe in no labels and no gatekeeping.
