A group of likeminded friends and acquaintances who train together at Maerdy Swimming Pool and in the local area who are all committed to providing support, encouragement and advice to each other as well as equal levels of support to family, friends and supporters alike to ensure the whole community share in the triathlon experience.

A junior triathlon club to inspire young athletes to chase their goals and develop lifelong triathlon skills.

We are a small but expanding club based in the Rhondda Valley and we cater for a wide range of abilities. Our members consists of newcomers to very experienced athletes. We encourage members to compete in various triathlon distances and we have three coached swims per week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday ), one running session on a Wednesday and an informal group ride on a Sunday.

A friendly welcoming club open to all, including those looking to take part in their first multisport event or experienced Olympic or iron distance events.
