Winter's End is an exciting 50-mile ultramarathon and marathon event on March 21, 2026 in Winchester, UK, marking the official start of spring. BigFeat Events offers three options: 50-mile ultra (7:30am start, 13.5-hour cutoff), Marathon Option 1 from Arundel to Queen Elizabeth Country Park (7:30am, 8-hour cutoff), and Marathon Option 2 from QECP to Winchester (11:30am, 7.5-hour cutoff). The spectacular South Downs Way route features rolling hills, picturesque villages, ancient woodlands, and chalk ridge scenery. All finishers receive custom medals (with option to plant a tree instead). Aid stations offer vegan options, and runners can choose coach transport to start lines.

Tri Team Wessex is a friendly club based in Winchester. We have training sessions on Monday (track running), Tuesday (swim), Thursday(swim), Friday 1/mth Hill running. Most weekends we also have social rides/runs. Our open Water facilities are located at Eastleigh Lakeside, Reading, Camberley and Ferndown.
