We have evolved from a swim squad and are lucky enough to have our swimming sessions led by Swim smooth Herts, endorsed coaching methodology of British Triathlon and World Triathlon. We still have a strong swimming ethos and programme but branch out into other areas of multi-sport activities. We have a coach dedicated to the beginner so we are a great place to start your multisport journey
