Oswestry Olympians is primarily a running club, having been in existence for over 40 years, and affiliated to English athletics. It has several qualified run leaders, and also qualified coaches for its junior running section. The club was previously affiliated to British Triathlon, offering swim coaching for adults in a local pool. The club still have several members competing in triathlon and duathlon.
