4 coached pool sessions (Tues, Weds, Thurs & Sun)
4 bike rides for mixed abilities (Fri, Sat & Sun)
2 coached run session (Mon, Weds)
1 strength and conditioning session (Fri)
Social events (marshals dinner, summer bbq, annual awards
